Compulsory documentation in the (subsidized training) now training programmed by the companies
The
companies that do programmed training, until March 22, 2015, "subsidized
training for workers" are obliged to follow a strict management protocol.
Royal
Decree 395/2007 establishes in article 38 that the competent administrations in
labor matters will develop control and monitoring of the training, support, and
accompaniment activities regulated in this royal decree. On the other
hand, Order TAS / 2307/2007 establishes in article 5 the obligations of the
beneficiary companies, including that of guarding the documentation accrediting
the daily attendance of the participants to the training actions if the course
is face-to-face or at a distance.
Let's
see what documents must be taken into account.

Tutoring Control
Attendance
control
The attendance sheet
is a part of the students' signatures where they reflect their attendance at
the different sections of the subsidized training actions.
Two
official models can be
downloaded from the application (on the main page in the documentation);
one is for face-to-face training and the other for distance training:
In the attendance control - Face-to-face session by
session is recorded, each of the classes taught, along with all the course
data. If there is training in the morning and afternoon, two sessions are
considered. Each worker should sign the lists.
In the Attendance - Remote Control model, the hours that the
students are training within the working day are recorded and signed by the
company's legal representative.
In courses where more than one company participates, it is mandatory to sign an
attendance list per company.
Certificates
of participation and you receive
Once the course is finished,
and within two months from the end date, the training center or the training
company must issue a certificate of participation for each student.
The companies have to keep a document where there is proof of the delivery of
the certificates, and it is the so-called certificate receipt. Another
option is to make a duplicate of the certificate and have it signed by the
student. Both options would be valid.
I
received the certificate
The companies have to keep a document that shows the delivery of the
certificates, and it is the certificate I received. Another option: make a
copy of the certificate and have it signed by the student. Both options
would be valid.
I
received the material
All the material distributed must be recorded in the document I received the
material.
Course
poster
It is recommended when you are going to give a face-to-face training in a
classroom, to place a poster on the classroom door with all the course data, as
well as to state that it is a course subsidized by the FTFE and by the FSE if
applicable (since 2011 and 2012 the ESF has not participated).
Companies often use the poster when they have a lot of training or are taught
in a hotel.

In face-to-face attendance control,
each session is recorded of

In the remote attendance control model, the hours that students are training

Control
of Tutorials
Register where the tutors indicate the tutorials carried out to the different
students.
Evaluation
questionnaire
To measure the course's level of satisfaction and effectiveness, all students
to be awarded must fill out the evaluation questionnaire. There is an
official model on the FTFE page. See model
In
all the didactic material and the documentation of the course, the logos of the
Tripartite Foundation can and should appear. If a company wants to use the
graphic trademark for another purpose, it must request authorization from the
FTFE.
Graphic
brand of the Tripartite Foundation
For the inclusion of the FTFE logo on the web or in the didactic material of
the training centers and organizing entities, prior authorization must be
requested. In the dissemination of advertising actions, the FTFE warns
that the logo will be lower than that of the requesting entity, and the phrase
must be included next to it:
·
"The Tripartite
Foundation participates in the management of grants to finance vocational
training actions for employment aimed at companies and workers, but under no
circumstances does it organize or impart them."
·
"In any case, any
reference to the European Social Fund, including its logo, should be deleted since
it does not participate in the financing of the Vocational Training for
Employment actions managed by the Tripartite Foundation."
·
The versions of the
logo authorized by the Foundation and the rules for compliance with its use are
indicated at
·
The Tripartite
Foundation "reserves the right to revoke, at any time, this authorization
if it considers that the trademark is being misused."
"The use of the logo of the Tripartite Foundation for Employment Training
on cards is not authorized."
